How can I find a particular Service Guide?
To find a particular Service Guide, click on "Service Guide Library" in the Navigation Bar and select the desired Service Guide from the list. A split screen will appear with the Service Guide content in a preview of PDF file on the right side of the screen.
How can I find specific information within a Service Guide?
There are a number of ways to find specific information in the Service Guide:
Once a Service Guide PDF is downloaded
- In the Table of Contents at the top of the file or on the Document Map along the left side, click on the name of the section to jump to that section in the body of the document. Service Guides consist of a number of parts, generally including at least Service Description (SD), Service Level Assurances (SLA), and Pricing (P). Drill down through the dynamic Table of Contents, and click on a section heading to jump to the desired section.

User can either scroll to the top of the file and utilize the Table of Contents, or utilize the Document Map along the left side, and click on the section desired.
I requested an Archive file from the Service Guide Archive web page, but I’m having trouble getting back to the Service Guide website. How do I return to the original Service Guide page?
For Internet Explorer 8,
• If the user’s "Display PDF in Browser" setting is enabled, the PDF file will display in the same browser window after clicking Submit. Double click the Back Arrow near the address bar to return to the Service Guide website.
• If the user’s "Display PDF in Browser" setting is disabled, a blank screen with the Navigation Bar missing may appear after clicking Submit. Double click the Back Arrow near the address bar to return to the Service Guide website.
For Firefox 12 and Safari 5.1.5,
• If the user’s Adobe Plug-In is enabled in the Browser, the PDF file will display in the same browser window after clicking Submit. Click the Back Arrow near the address bar to return to the Service Guide website.
• If the user’s Adobe Plug-In setting is disabled in the Browser, a blank screen with the Navigation Bar missing may appear after clicking Submit. Click the Back Arrow near the address bar to return to the Service Guide website.
Service Guide Subscription (Notification of Changes)
How can I be notified of changes to the Service Guide?
Click on "Tools" from the Navigation Bar, then "Subscribe". The AT&T Business Service Guide Subscription Manager page will appear. Complete the subscription form, select the particular Parts of each Service Guide to which you wish to subscribe or select the entire Service Guide, then click on the Subscribe button.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes that confirms your selections and provides you with further instructions to modify or cancel your subscription.
How can I find out about price changes?
If you subscribe to an entire Service Guide, to the Pricing Part of a Service Guide, or Price Change Notices, you will be notified by e-mail of any price changes for that particular Service Guide.
To view pending changes to usage and monthly recurring charges affecting AT&T's Basic Telecommunications Services, click on "Price Change Information" in the Navigation Bar.
How can I change or cancel my subscription to the Service Guide?
To modify or cancel your subscription, you may either click on the link provided in your subscription confirmation e-mail or return to the Service Guide Home page and from the Navigation Bar click on ’Tools’, then ‘Modify/Cancel Subscription’. User would then follow instructions on the screen to make edits.
You will receive an e-mail within a few minutes notifying you of your subscription
changes and providing you with further instructions.
Printing or Saving a Service Guide
How do I Save a Service Guide?
User must click on the ‘download’ button to save a PDF version of the Service Guide to their hard drive. (If you are unable to view the Service Guide document, you should download and install the free Adobe® Reader® from Adobe Systems, Inc.)
How do I print a portion of a Service Guide?
Once a Service Guide PDF is downloaded, use your cursor to highlight the entire section that you would like to print. Using Adobe’s toolbar, click on 'File' and then 'Print'. On your printer menu, select from your Print Range options 'Selection' to print only the highlighted text.
